SMBC Youth begins Tuesday September 15, at the Friedensfeld park, from 6:30-8:30pm for students in grades 6-12. Youth will continue to meet weekly at the church on Tuesdays from 6:30-8:30pm.
At SMBC Youth we want to see young people being transformed by the gospel and living out the radical love of Jesus in every aspect of their lives!

What does it mean to be a youth leader at SMBC?
In our ministry we understand youth leaders as people who extended the ministry and message of Jesus to the next generation and help youth cultivate a lifelong relationship with God. Practically this means leaders fully and regularly participating in youth events alongside the students, Leaders come a bit early, and stay a bit late to make sure everything and everyone is sorted. Leaders also oversee a small group of students and help them understand the lesson, help answer their questions and pray for them.
